Your enquiry should be made by
e-mail
or fax. In order
for us to offer you a good quotation, it is necessary
you send us the following information.
The name of the charterer.
The type of the required yacht and alternative.
The desired charter dates.
The desired marina of departure.
The number of persons onboard.
Once we have received your enquiry, we will inform
you about the boats available and price, as soon as
possible.
B. When you have received our quotation and
offer, you can either confirm the booking or request an
option. Options can be held for a maximum of one week.
Should it be necessary to extend the option, please
contact us and we will try to extend it.
C.
With your charter confirmed, you will receive by email,
a Kavas Yacht Charter Agreement and payment schedule.
Upon receipt of your Yacht Charter Agreement, a
minimum payment of 35% of the total charter
fee is due. Payment can be either online
-through our
secure server- with your credit card, or
via an ordinary Bank transfer.
We are confident for the yachts we offer for
you, therefore we accept the 65% balance
payment to be made upon embarkation and after you
have seen the boat we reserve for you. Such a
payment can be only in cash or a Bank check issued
at Kavas Yachting ltd (personal checks or credit
cards are not acceptable).
Yet, if you would
prefer not to carry money but to pay the balance via
a Bank transfer, this should be made maximum 14 days
prior to embarkation.
